JULY 2007

IAP Awarded Additional Work at Taji National Depot in Iraq  by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to renovate, construct and potentially operate and maintain various facilities and functions. IAP's share of the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) will be as much as $75 million over two years.

Agility and Dallas-based First Support Services wins $59m deal  for maintenance and logistics for the US air bases in Moron and Zaragoza, Spain.

KBR Awarded $8.4 million for quality of life improvements for personnel on the Al Bas Basra Oil Terminal and Khawr Al Amaya Oil Terminal Oil Platforms in Iraq.

Versar, Inc. Awarded $24.9 Million Iraq Task Order  by the U.S. Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) for continued Construction Management and Quality Assurance operations in Iraq.

Boeing awarded $10.5 million for  intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance services. Work will be performed in the area of operations in support of I and II Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEFs) deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

DG21 Awarded $26 million for base operating support services in Diego Garcia

ArmorGroup International Gets Nepal Mine Contract from the United Nations Office for Project Services (”UNOPS”) to carry out a significant mine action programme across Nepal, worth around $1.5 million.

Worldwide Language Resources Awarded $2.7 Million Afghanistan Contract for Combined Joint Task Force 82 Advisory and Assistance Services at Bagram Air Field and Camp Eggers, Afghanistan.

Triple Canopy Awarded $5.5 million contract for internal security services in Iraq.

IA P subsidiary Readiness Management Support Wins $63 million contract to provide aviation technical services, which is the combination of equipment maintenance of Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATCALS) and flight operational services at air bases/stations, in Southwest Asia, primarily Iraq and Afghanistan. Four one-year option periods which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of the contract to an estimated $388,259,139.

Armor Group Awarded $24.9 million Bahrain and UAE Security Contract for Security Operations Services at Naval Support Activity Bahrain, Department of Defense Dependent School, and locations in United Arab Emirates in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe and Southwest Asia area of responsibility.

Jacobs Engineering awarded $18.1 million contract for construction management services in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe and Southwest Asia area of responsibility.

OCTOBER 2007

Saudi Arabia Awards Raytheon Two Air Defense Contracts  totaling more than $100 million. The awarded contracts include a multi-year contract to Raytheon to continue to provide technical, training and logistics support from 2007 through 2009 for the Kingdom's Patriot and Hawk air defense systems. The other is a contract extension to provide local support services for 2007.

Global Linguist Solutions Gets $60 million delivery order as part of a $4,645,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for interpreter and translator services.

Dyncorp awarded $14 million for Kuwait maintenance and support services under a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to exercise an option for maintenance and support services for the Kuwaiti Air Force F/A-18 Program under the Foreign Military Sales Program.

EODT Wins Major Canine Services Contract in Afghanistan  $3.4M to provide Contract Working Dogs for the NATO International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Southern Afghanistan, primarily at the Kandahar Airfield. The award is for up to 43 Explosive Detecting Dog (EDD) and Narcotics Detecting Dog (NDD) teams.

EODT Wins Contract for Security Services at Iraqi Parliament Building  providing explosive detection dogs (EDD) in support of security services. EODT will be contracting directly with the Iraqi Council of Representatives for this work. The period of performance is one year with two additional optional performance years.
