United Arab Emirates Hires DynCorp To Advise: Al-Taif Technical Services a brand-new company created to perform depot-level maintenance work on the “engine, body, hull, electronics, mechanics, hydraulics for both fighting platforms and nonfighting platforms, including jeeps, trucks, fuel tankers, tanks. The seven-year, $165 million contract, will provide senior managers for Al-Taif and train lower-level staff to provide the maintenance work and run the business.

ArmorGroup awared contract to provide guard services to the U S Embassy in Kabul through subsidiary, ArmorGroup North America. The contract, worth up to a total of $189 million, will run for up to five years from early April 2007

Texas company awarded reset delivery order: Kalmar RT Center L.L.C., was awarded a delivery order amount of $5,200,000 as part of a $37,400,000 time and materials contract for reset of Rough Terrain Cargo Handler Vehicles in Ahmadi, Kuwait.

Universal Guardian Earns $1.7 Million Contract through their subsidiary in Afghanistan, Strategic Security Solutions International (SSSI). A one (1) year renewal of its contract to support the  PAE-HSC's Prime Contract with the United States' Department of State. The scope of the renewal contract includes providing security support services to the Justice Sector Support Program for Afghanistan.

JUNE 2007

Shee Atika Languages awarded USSOCOM contract with $250 million ceiling for linguist and translation services in support of the U.S. Special Operations Command. The work may be performed within and outside the continental United States.

KBR Selected for Competing for Anti-Terrorism Work on Naval Contract future task orders under the Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Ashore program contract vehicle. KBR will be part of a Lockheed Martin-led team.
