Former contractor offers advice
I was a "Private Military Contractor" from 1994 to 2004. MPRI, Vinnell, Dyncorp, SOC-SMG, you name it...where ever the conflict was, I went. I am now a GS working for Uncle Sam - for 1 1/2 more years - until I hit my 20 with Civil Service (they gave me credit for my Military time) - then back to the "game". While I was contracting, I put together a paper on advice for the folk wanting to get into the business. I am putting it here for you to peruse. Feel free to pass it on, trash can it or have a good laugh.
