Torres AES Contract Protest Against Triple Canopy Award Denied
Torres Advanced Enterprise Solutions, LLC, of Arlington, Virginia, protests the issuance of a task order to Triple Canopy, Inc., of Herndon, Virginia, under task order request (TOR) No. W91GDW-09-D-4033-0006 for the performance of security services at Contingency Operation Station (COS) Kalsu, Iskandariyah, Iraq, issued by the Department of the Army. Torres argues that the agency unreasonably concluded that Triple Canopy's quotation was technically acceptable. GAO denies the protest.
